After-Sales Warranty
1)Quality is our most important thing in the entire team. The design, QA & packaging are all done in-house for efficiency and to standardized a high level of quality control.
2)Warranty is 1 year under normal use (not man-made damage). All bikes and bike parts will be tested before shipping. If you received some bikes that are working,  please show the pictures to us or send them back for us to repair or replace.

1) We usually ship out small cubage samples by quickest express such as UPS, DHL, FEDEX according to customers' destination.
2) For unusual cubage like complete bikes, several units of frames, we usually ship out samples by EMS.
3) Under EXW price, Customers designated their own forwarder to pick up cargos from their own warehouse.
4) Under CIF/FOB price,we arrange the shipment to customers' named warehouse, including the local Chinese custom clearance, local charges. Customers are responsible to handle the terminal local charges and customs.
