After Sales Warranty

before shipping. If you received some bikes are working, please show the pictures to us or send them back
for us to repair or replace.

1) We usually ship out small cubage sample by quickest express such as UPS,DHL,FEDEX according to
customers' destination.
2) For unusual cubage like complete bikes, several units of frames, we usually ship out samples by EMS.
3) Under EXW price, Customers designated their own forwarder to pick up cargos from own warehouse.
4) Under CIF/FOB price,we arrange the shipment to customers' named warehouse, including the local chinese
custom clearance, local charges. Customers are responsible to handle the terminal local charges and custom.
